Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance by Artscape Inc.

Terms of sale:
Customers will need to meet and maintain our payment policy.  All customers will be required to complete the new account registration form including type of company: retailer or installer. 

Freight:
All U.S. orders will be shipped ground via a national parcel delivery service within 5 to 7 days of receipt, unless expedited by the customer.  International orders will be shipped the best way for economy and timing.  All freight, duty, and required taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the invoice.

Returns:
All returns must be accompanied by a packing slip and return authorization number issued by Artscape Inc.  The return should be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.  Shipments returned without return authorization may be refused.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Pricing:
Artscape Inc. reserves the right to change any and all published prices at anytime; with or without notice.

Artscape Inc. will accept American Express, Visa and Master Card.

Volume Discounts:
Artscape Inc. extends volume discounts on selected items.  Discounts are based on individual order total dollars, exclusive of freight or non-qualifying items.
Qualifying items include:  Artscape products only and does not include Light Effects or Thomas Hicks collection.
Discounts will be calculated as follows:

1. Orders equal to or greater than $1000 get a 2% discount.
2. Orders from $1500 to $2500 get a 4% discount.
3. Orders over $2500 get a 6% discount.

Minimum:
Minimum order is 4 units
